Calling all women and women-identified who are part of the Boyle Heights Building Healthy Communities Coalition to participate in a collaborative artwork quilt, Piece by Piece and Country by Country, a project that raises awareness of violence against women, children, and mother earth. It’s a time to reconnect, share and be creative. 

We will create a communal quilt that includes words, images, and embroidery that calls for an end to violence against women, children and our Mother Earth. The BHBHC quilt will travel to Mexico City and be installed at the Zocalo on November 17, 2019. Be part of this empowering experience and fight against violence towards women, children and mother earth. Register here.
