“Migrating Animals” Fun Patches by Nat Ayala

“Migrating Animals” Fun Patches by Nat Ayala

$8.00

"Adapted from my poster series “Nature Migrates, and So Do We,” these  3" x3" recycled cotton patches highlight the animals that symbolize freedom, movement, and endurance. Designed in the spirit of punk DIY culture, each patch is meant to be hand-sewn by the wearer onto the article of clothing of their choice—a personal act of resistance and self-expression.

What’s more punk than activism? These patches reject confinement to a single garment, embracing fluidity, creativity, and movement—just like migration itself. They are made to travel: to be seen in protest and demonstration, or simply woven into everyday life as quiet, persistent symbols of solidarity. Reminding us always that migration is not a crime, but a natural act woven into the fabric of life itself."

Each 3"x3" piece is screen printed on repurposed cotton shirts, carefully hand-cut.
