Family Workshops at the Library: Stencil Screen Printing with Oscar Rodriguez

Design, cut, and print with us! Join us for a free arts workshop, led by teaching artist Oscar Rodriguez, where you’ll learn how to create your own stencils from scratch and use them to pull vibrant screenprinted designs to take home. In this session, you’ll learn how to design a stencil, cut it, and transfer its image onto paper using basic screenprinting techniques.
This hands-on workshop is for all ages and experience levels. All materials will be provided. Walk-ins welcome.

Self Help Graphics & Art’s monthly free Family Workshops are held at the East Los Angeles Library every second Saturday of the month in the Community Room. Limited public parking is available. The East Los Angeles County Library is located at 4837 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90022, directly across from the Metro E Line East LA Civic Center Station, at the intersection of 3rd Street and Mednik Avenue.
